摘要
利用超声萃取-GC-MS联用技术测定纺织品中咖啡因的含量,优化了萃取条件和色谱测试参数。优化的前处理条件为:超声萃取试剂选择甲醇,萃取温度为80℃,萃取时间为90 min。在优化条件下,咖啡因标准品在0.05~5.00 mg/L质量浓度范围内,方法的定量限(LOQ)为0.02 mg/kg,线性相关系数R2为0.9999,加标回收率为96.5%~98.5%,相对标准偏差在3.69%~6.63%(n=5)。该方法具有处理简单、定量限低、测定结果准确等优点。
A method for the determination of caffeine in textiles by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)with ultrasonic extraction is established.The extraction conditions and chromatographic testing pa⁃rameters are optimized.The experiment results show that the ultrasonic extraction conditions are using metha⁃nol as the extraction reagent,the extraction temperature of 80℃,and the extraction time of 90 min.Under the optimized conditions,the limit of quantification(LOQ)for caffeine is 0.02 mg/kg,the linear correlation coeffi⁃cient R 2 of the method is 0.9999,the recovery rate is 96.5%-98.5%,and the relative standard deviation is 3.69%-6.63%(n=5).This method has the advantages of simple operation,low limit of quantification and high ac⁃curacy.
