摘要
拟建工程为位于江苏省太仓市的某安置房,首先查明了拟建建筑范围内岩土层的工程特性和变化规律,然后分析和评价了地基变形计算参数。针对基坑的设计参数,以及桩基的承载力和变形计算所需的技术参数,进行了单桩承载力估算,评价了成桩可能性。勘察结果表明:1)场地抗震设防烈度为7度,场地设计特征周期为0.65 s;2)拟建住宅楼及地下室荷载大,场地浅部无良好基础持力层,建议采用桩基础方案;3)基坑可考虑采用水泥搅拌桩重力式挡墙作为基坑支护方式。
The proposed project is a resettlement building located in Taicang City,Jiangsu province.The engineering characteristics and change rules of the rock-and-soil layer within the proposed construction range were firstly identified,and then the calculation parameters of the foundation deformation were analyzed and evaluated.According to the design parameters of the foundation pit,as well as the technical parameters required for the calculation of the bearing capacity and deformation of the pile foundation,the bearing capacity of the single pile was estimated,with the possibility of pile formation evaluated.The survey results showed that:1)the seismic fortification intensity of the site is 7 degrees,and the design characteristic period of the site is 0.65s;2)The load of the proposed residential building and basement is large,and there is no good foundation bearing layer at the shallow part of the site,so it is recommended to adopt the pile foundation scheme;3)The cement mixing pile gravity type of retaining wall can be considered as the support mode of the foundation pit.
