摘要
研究煤矸石粉替代粉煤灰制备混凝土的可能性。通过试验探讨了不同替代率下煤矸石粉混凝土的和易性、经时损失和力学性能。结果表明:煤矸石粉能在一定程度上替代粉煤灰,尤其在高替代率下,其抗压强度甚至优于粉煤灰;煤矸石粉混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度和拉压比较低,可能会降低混凝土的抗裂能力。
The possibility of coal gangue powder substituting fly ash as a novel cementitious material is studied in the paper.Through detailed experiments and analysis,the workability,time-dependent loss,and mechanical properties of coal gangue powder concrete at different substitution rates are investigated.Results indicate that coal gangue powder can substitute fly ash to a certain extent,and at high substitution rates,its compressive strength is even superior to that of fly ash.However,the splitting tensile strength and the ratio of tensile to compressive strength of coal gangue powder concrete are lower,which may reduce the crack resistance of the concrete.In practical engineering applications,coal gangue powder concrete is suitable for components mainly subjected to compressive stress,but the potential use in some beams,roofs,cantilever structures,and other components needs further exploration.The research provides theoretical support and practical reference for the industrial application of coal gangue powder,and also contributes to promoting environmental protection and resource recycling.
