藏母鸡不同生长阶段的血液生化指标分析

Analysis of Blood Biochemical Indexes in Different Growth Stages of Tibetan Hens

本研究对藏母鸡开产前、产蛋初期、产蛋高峰期、产蛋后期4个生长阶段的血液生化指标进行检测并分析。结果表明:藏母鸡的血清总蛋白、白蛋白、总胆固醇、血清钙在产蛋高峰期的含量均显著高于其他生长期(P<0.05),甘油三酯在产蛋高峰期的含量和产蛋后期的含量高于开产前和产蛋初期的含量,且甘油三酯在产蛋后期的含量与开产前和产蛋初期的含量差异显著(P<0.05)。谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶在产蛋高峰期和产蛋后期的含量显著高于开产前和产蛋初期的含量。通过本研究,为进一步保护和开发利用藏鸡资源提供参考。

In this study,the blood biochemical indexes of Tibetan hens were detected and analyzed in four growth stages:pre-laying,early laying,peak laying and late laying.The results show that:The contents of serum total protein,albumin,total cholesterol and serum calcium in Tibetan hens were significantly higher than those in other growing periods during peak laying period(P<0.05),and the contents of triglyceride in peak laying period and late laying period were higher than those before opening and early laying period.The content of triglyceride in late laying period was significantly different from that before laying and in early laying period(P<0.05).The contents of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase were significantly higher in the peak and late laying period than in the pre-laying period and early laying period.This study provides reference for further protection,development and utilization of Tibetan chicken resources.
