标准化病人及临床路径教学法在中西医结合医院内分泌临床教学中的构建

中西医结合医院内分泌科临床教学涉及中医和西医诊疗的带教,内分泌疾病涉及多系统,且内分泌罕见病较多,临床上专业性较强,教学中存在各种问题,如临床教学重理论轻实践;临床思维西化,中西医结合诊治脱节;临床带教医生任务繁重,教育思维老化;实践学习短暂,难以培养系统临床思维。因此,在一定程度上给临床带教增加了难度。文章拟构建标准化病人及临床路径教学法,旨在解决中西医结合医院内分泌科临床教学中存在的问题,切实提高临床教学效果。

The clinical teaching of the department of endocrinology in a hospital combining traditional Chinese and western medicine involves the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine diagnosis and treatment.Endocrine diseases involve multiple systems,and there are many rare endocrine diseases with strong clinical professionalism.There are various problems in the teaching,such as emphasizing theory over practice in clinical teaching;westernization of clinical thinking and integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of dislocation;the task of clinical teaching doctors is heavy,and the educational thinking is aging;practical learning is short-lived,making it difficult to cultivate systematic clinical thinking.Therefore,this increases the difficulty of clinical teaching to a certain extent.The article intends to construct a standardized patient and clinical pathway teaching method,aiming to solve the problems in clinical teaching of endocrine department in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine hospitals,and effectively improve the effectiveness of clinical teaching.
