中国—东盟建筑人才培训基地的内涵特征、关键挑战和建设策略

Connotation Characteristics,Key Challenges and Construction Strategies of China-ASEAN Architectural Talents Training Base

文章以广西建设职业技术学院打造的广西特色海外办学基地“中国—东盟建筑人才培训基地”为例,分析了基地的内涵特征以及在建设过程中面临的关键挑战,并从借助国家政策优化顶层设计,注重“走出去”内核建设,多元、多形式开展人文交流,校企协同加强服务国际产能合作和办“走出去”的中外合作办学五个方面总结了基地的建设策略。

The article takes the Guangxi characteristic overseas education base "China-ASEAN Architecture Talent Training Base" created by Guangxi Construction Vocational and Technical College as an example to analyze the connotation characteristics,and key challenges faced in the construction process of the base.The construction strategy of the base is summarized from five aspects:optimizing the top-level design with the help of national policies,focusing on the core construction of "going global",carrying out cultural and peopleto-people exchanges in diversified multiple forms,strengthening cooperation between schools and enterprises to serve international production capacity cooperation,and establishing Sino-foreign cooperative education for "going global".
