巴马油茶产业三产融合模式的选择与发展思路

Selection and Development Ideas of the Integration Mode of Three Industries in Bama Camellia Oleifera Industry

油茶是我国南方特有的木本食用油料植物树种,栽培历史悠久。以油茶籽为原料制成的茶油营养丰富,富含各种不饱和脂肪酸、多种微量元素,是绿色保健食用油。茶油较高的营养价值与独特的保建功能,使得油茶产业快速发展。油茶产业是多地农民致富的支柱产业。文章针对巴马瑶族自治县油茶生产业、加工业、产品市场销售及服务业进行调查研究,选择“龙头加工企业+科研机构+线上线下交易平台+合作社+生产基地+农户”以二产为纽带,将产业链向前后两端延伸,作为为该县油茶产业三产融合模式,并提出该模式发展思路,解决该县油茶产业一、二、三产存在的突出问题,以期油茶产业能够得到更好的发展。

Camellia oleifera is a unique woody edible oil plant species in southern China,with a long cultivation history.Tea oil made from Camellia oleifera seeds is rich in nutrients,rich in various unsaturated fatty acids,and various trace elements,making it a green and healthy edible oil.The high nutritional value and unique protective function of Camellia oleifera have led to the rapid development of the Camellia oleifera industry.The oil tea industry is a pillar industry for farmers in multiple regions to become prosperous.This article conducts a survey and research on the production,processing,product market sales,and service industries of Camellia oleifera in Bama Yao autonomous county.It selects "leading processing enterprises+scientific research institutions+online and offline trading platforms+cooperatives+production bases+farmers" as the link with the secondary industry,extends the industrial chain to the front and back ends,as a model for the integration of the tertiary industry in the Camellia oleifera industry in the county,and proposes the development ideas of this mode to solve the prominent problems in the first,second,and third industries of the county's Camellia oleifera industry,in order to better develop the Camellia oleifera industry.
