丙烯酸基高吸水性树脂的研究进展

摘要 介绍了高吸水性树脂的制备方法以及各种方法的优缺点。概述了不同的改性材料对高吸水性树脂吸水保水性能的影响,并给出了增加比表面积、分子量、活性基团数量、适当的中和度和交联度等方法来提高吸水保水能力。总结了高吸水性树脂在环境治理、建筑材料和农林业三个领域的应用。对高吸水性树脂性能的进一步改善进行了展望,开发低成本、可降解的高吸水性树脂仍是亟需解决的难题。 The preparation method of superabsorbent resin and the advantages and disadvantages of each method are introduced.The influence of different modified materials on the water absorption and water retention performance of the superabsorbent resin was summarized,and the methods of increasing the specific surface area,molecular weight,the number of active groups,appropriate degree of neutralization and crosslinking degree were given to improve the water absorption and water retention ability.Then the applications of superabsorbent resin in environmental management,building materials and agriculture and forestry are summarized.The further improvement of the properties of the superabsorbent resin is prospected,and the development of low cost and degradable superabsorbent resin is still an urgent problem to be solved.
