摘要
以一道利用雄性不育系生产杂交种子的高考题引发的思考为切入点,阐明利用雄性不育系批量生产杂交种子的技术原理,提出利用转基因技术生产杂交种的技术要点仍是选育不育系、保持系和恢复系并年年留种,为生物学教学提供有价值的参考。
This article takes the inspiration from a high school entrance exam question about the use of male sterile lines to produce hybrid seeds as a starting point,elucidates the technical principles behind mass-producing hybrid seeds using male sterile lines,and emphasizes that the key technical aspects of producing hybrid seeds through transgenic engineering still involve the selection of sterile lines,maintainer lines,and restorer lines,as well as the annual preservation of seeds,aiming to provide valuable references for biology teaching.
