摘要
宁夏石化公司炼油一部常压装置电脱盐脱后的污水中含油和固体砂粒较多,不仅在运行过程中对设备及管线造成磨损和腐蚀,并且因电脱盐废水不合格引起的腐蚀速率超标将导致较大的安全隐患,增加维护检修成本。另一方面污水处理将产生较大的费用和能耗,给下游水处理装置增加额外运行成本。为达到环保要求,进一步降低装置的加工损耗,采取了新增污水旋流除油除砂设施的技改措施,除去污水中的固体颗粒和水中油,使设备及管线的腐蚀速率达标,小于0.2 mm/a,污水COD小于1500 mg/L,外排污水可实现连续达标。
There are a lot of oil and solid sand in the sewage after electrodesalination of atmospheric pressure unit of oil refinery in Ningxia Petrochemical Company,which not only causes wear and corrosion of equipment and pipelines in the process of operation,but also the excessive corrosion rate caused by unqualified electrodesalination wastewater will lead to greater safety risks and increase the maintenance cost.On the other hand,sewage treatment will produce higher costs and energy consumption,which will add extra operating costs to downstream water treatment devices.In order to meet the requirements of environmental protection and further reduce the processing loss of the device,the technical reform measures of adding a new sewage cyclone oil and sand removal facility were adopted to remove solid particles and oil in the sewage,so that the corrosion rate of the equipment and pipeline could reach the standard less than 0.2 mm/a,the COD of the sewage less than 1500 mg/L,and the effluent could reach the standard continuously.
