The“ten insistences”are the code for the significant achievements of the internet information cause since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,and it is an important principle for the construction of a strong network power in the form of theoretical generalization.The“ten insistences”have elucidated its scientific logical system and rich theoretical connotation from ten dimensions:political force,value orientation,development path,basic strategy,overall thinking,important tasks,development momentum,external norms,global vision,and practice subject.The“ten insistences”are of political,strategic and guiding significance for the promotion of the practice of building a strong network power,which should be persisted for a long time and continuously enriched and developed in practice.
