摘要
利用3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)胺基化改性埃洛石,制备了一种新型改性埃洛石硼吸附剂应用于水溶液中硼吸附。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对吸附剂进行表征,系统探究了pH值、初始硼浓度和吸附时间对吸附性能的影响。结果表明,改性后的埃洛石硼吸附剂在pH值=6时吸附效果最佳,同时硼酸浓度为1000 mg/L、吸附时间为3 h时,吸附量最高,最大硼酸吸附量为6.45 mg/g。吸附温度对吸附性能影响不大。
A novel modified ellite boron adsorbent was prepared for boron adsorption in aqueous solution using 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(APTES)amination modified ellite.The adsorbent was characterized by X-ray diffractometry(XRD),Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and the effects of pH value,adsorption time and initial boron concentration on the adsorption performance were systematically investigated.The results showed that the modified ellite boron adsorbent had the best adsorption effect at pH=6,while the highest adsorption amount was achieved at a boric acid concentration of 1000 mg/L and an adsorption time of 3 h.The maximum boric acid adsorption amount was 6.45 mg/g.The adsorption temperature did not affect the adsorption performance significantly.
