摘要
基于“以学生为中心,以成果为导向”的OBE教学理念,对标“两性一度”的金课标准,对《战略管理》课程混合式教学创新进行深入探索。从专业教学与立德树人相融合、理论学习与批判精神相融合、教材内容与信息资源相融合、课程教学与创新比赛相融合四个方面入手,采用项目式教学模式改革,构建多元、多维、动态的教学评价体系,最终实现学生价值观、知识、能力的系统融合。
Based on the OBE teaching concept of“student-centered and results-oriented”,this paper makes an in-depth exploration of the innovation of mixed teaching of Strategic Management courses by referring to the“Golden Course”standard of“high order,innovative,and challenging”.Starting from four aspects:the integration of professional teaching and moral education,the integration of theoretical learning and critical spirit,the integration of textbook content and information resources,and the integration of curriculum teaching and innovative competition,the project teaching mode reform is adopted to build a diverse,multidimensional,and dynamic teaching evaluation system,and finally realize the systematic integration of students’values,knowledge and abilities.
