摘要
劳动教育在小学的实施过程中涉及到三类主体,即学生、教师和家长,这三类主体间的关系是否和谐,影响着劳动教育开展的质量。文章从审视三类关系的角度出发,通过探析劳动教育开展中三类主体关系间存在的冲突问题,明确三类主体在劳动教育实施过程中的价值作用,并提出相关的措施,以期从缓和关系入手促进劳动教育实施效果发生转变。
The implementation of labor education in primary schools involves three kinds of subjects,namely students,teachers and parents.The harmonious relationship among these three kinds of subjects affects the quality of labor education.From the perspective of examining the three types of relations,this paper analyzes the conflicts existing among the three types of subject relations in the development of labor education and clarifies the value and role of the three types of subjects in the implementation of labor education,and puts forward the relevant measures,in order to ease the relationship from the start to promote the effect of labor education to change.
