摘要
采用高碘酸钠对棉织物进行选择性氧化改性,并探究银基墨滴在其表面的铺展性能。研究结果表明,高碘酸钠氧化使棉织物表面的疏水性增大,进而使银基墨滴的铺展时间延长,铺展面积减小。另外,高碘酸钠氧化使棉织物表面的粗糙度增加,使墨滴铺展圆度下降;墨滴运动速度越快,在织物上的铺展时间就越短,铺展面积和圆度也有所下降。
The sodium periodate for selective oxidation modification of cotton fabric was selected and the spreading performance of silver-based ink droplets on its surface was investigated.The research results indi⁃cated that the oxidation of sodium periodate increased the hydrophobicity of the cotton fabric surface,thereby shortening the spreading time of silver-based ink droplets and reducing the spreading area.In addition,due to the oxidation of sodium periodate,the surface roughness of cotton fabrics increased,resulting in a decrease in the roundness of ink droplets spreading.The higher the speed of ink droplets move,the shorter the spreading time on the fabric,and the spreading area and roundness also decreased.
