APEC新愿景与我国参与的策略选择

APEC’s New Vision and Strategic Choices for China's Participation

作为亚太地区规模和影响力最大、级别最高的区域合作机制,同时也是我国加入的第一个区域经济合作组织,亚太经合组织(APEC)在我国对外开放的历程中占有特殊地位。在百年未有之大变局加速演进的背景下,我国应以“布城愿景”的实施为契机,使APEC在推动构建人类命运共同体和开放型世界经济、完善全球经济治理体系等方面的战略平台作用得到更加充分的发掘和利用,为不断拓展中国式现代化的发展空间提供助力。同时,应推动APEC各成员努力寻求交集和最大公约数,开展更具成果导向性的务实合作,共同打造和平稳定、开放包容、清洁美丽、守护相望的亚太。

In the context of the accelerated evolution of unprecedented changes and as the largest and most influential regional cooperation mechanism in the Asia-Pacific region,as well as the first regional economic cooperation organization that China joined,APEC holds a special position in China's process of opening up to the outside world.Against the backdrop of significant changes unseen in a century,China should take the implementation of the APEC 2040 new vision as an opportunity.This will allow APEC to play a more fully explored and utilized strategic platform role in promoting the construction of a community with a shared future for humanity,an open world economy,and the improvement of the global economic governance system.It will also provide support for continually expanding the development space for China's unique modernization.Simultaneously,efforts should be made to encourage all APEC members to seek common ground and find the greatest common denominator,which can be understood as engaging in more outcome-oriented and pragmatic cooperation.Together,they can build a peaceful,stable,open,inclusive,clean,beautiful,and mutually protectiveAsia-Pacificregion.
