红脉穗螟雌成虫生殖系统形态特征与卵巢发育分级研究 被引量:1

摘要 红脉穗螟Tirathaba rufivena Walker是槟榔等棕榈科植物的重要害虫,预测预报其发生期以推断防治适期是有效防治该害虫的关键。我们采集红脉穗螟幼虫饲养后,解剖其雌成虫生殖系统,观察分析其生殖系统结构,进行卵巢发育分级,可为红脉穗螟的生物学研究和田间预测预报提供参考。结果表明,红脉穗螟雌成虫生殖系统的基本结构与其他鳞翅目昆虫相似,外生殖器主要由产卵器、导精管、交配囊及其附属结构组成,内生殖器包含卵巢1对、侧输卵管2根、中输卵管1根、受精囊、附腺和生殖腔。红脉穗螟卵巢发育可分为5个级别,即Ⅰ级.乳白透明期,Ⅱ级.卵黄沉积期,Ⅲ级.成熟待产期,Ⅳ级.产卵盛期,Ⅴ级.产卵末期。红脉穗螟3日龄雌成虫卵巢普遍为Ⅳ级卵巢,进入产卵盛期;4日龄时日均产卵量达到最高,为42粒/头。本研究明确红脉穗螟雌性生殖系统结构,建立了红脉穗螟卵巢发育分级标准。 Tirathaba rufivena Walker is one of the important insect pests of palm plants.Predicting its occurrence period to infer the appropriate control period is key to the effective control of this pest.The morphological characteristics of female reproductive system and ovarian development gradation were studied in this study,which would provide the theoretical foundation for biology research and occurrence prediction of T.rufivena.Results showed that the structure of female reproductive organs is similar to that of other lepidopteran insects.The external reproductive organs were comprised of the ovipositor,seminal ducts,bursa copulatrix and associated parts.The internal reproductive organs were comprised of a pair of ovaries,two lateral oviducts,one common oviduct,spermatheca,accessory gland and genital chamber.The ovarian development process was divided into five grades,including transparent stage(levelⅠ),vitellogenesis stage(levelⅡ),the egg maturation stage(levelⅢ),the egg-laying stage(levelⅣ)and the late egg-laying stage(levelⅤ).The amount of laid egg was significantly increased in 3-day-old female adults,which the ovary generally process to the levelⅣ,and reached egg-laying period.The peak of egg-laying was at 4 days of age with 42 eggs per day per head.This study clarified the morphological characteristics of female reproductive system,and constructed the standard of ovarian development gradation of T.rufivena.
