白细胞介素-22在神经系统疾病中的研究进展

摘要 白细胞介素-22(IL-22)是炎症和感染过程中免疫细胞向组织传递信号的重要介质,在炎症中发挥双重作用。在急性感染中,短期内IL-22具有的促进细胞增殖、抑制细胞凋亡、增加黏蛋白和抗菌肽产生等能力对宿主有益;在慢性感染中,细胞增殖过度和凋亡减少可导致异常增生。IL-22可通过Janus激酶/信号转导及转录活化因子等信号通路参与缺血性脑卒中、胶质瘤等神经系统疾病的调节,可作为未来神经系统疾病调控的一个新的、可持续的研究方向,为疾病的治疗提供精准的靶点和新的策略。 Interleukin-22(IL-22)is an important mediator for immune cells to transmit signals to tissues during inflammation and infection,which plays a dual role in inflammation.In acute infection,the ability of IL-22 to promote proliferation,inhibit cell apoptosis,and increase the production of mucin and antimicrobial peptides in the short term is beneficial to the host.In chronic infections,excessive proliferation and reduced apoptosis can lead to abnormal proliferation.IL-22 can be involved in regulating various neurological diseases such as ischemic stroke and glioma through pathways such as Janus kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcription.IL-22 can be a new and sustainable research direction for the regulation of neurological diseases in the future,to provide precise targets and new strategies for the treatment of related diseases.
