哮喘患儿肺功能及血清炎性因子与PRAM评分的相关性分析

Correlation analysis of lung function,serum inflammatory factors,and PRAM score in children with asthma

目的分析哮喘患儿肺功能及血清炎性因子与儿童呼吸困难(PRAM)评分的相关性。方法选取2021年7月至2022年12月在牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院治疗的158例哮喘患儿为研究对象。根据PRAM分级结果,比较不同分级患儿的PRAM评分结果、肺功能和炎性因子水平,分析不同患病程度患儿肺功能、炎性因子水平与PRAM评分的相关性。结果中度哮喘患儿PRAM评分高于轻度患儿,用力肺活量(FVC%)、1 s用力呼气量与用力肺活量比值(FEV_(1)%)低于轻度患儿,白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-7(IL-7)均高于轻度患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重度哮喘患儿PRAM评分高于轻度和中度患儿,FVC%、FEV_(1)%低于轻度和中度患儿,IL-6、IL-7均高于轻度和中度患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对患儿肺功能和炎性因子检测结果与PRAM评分进行相关性分析表明,PRAM评分与FEV_(1)%、FVC%、IL-6和IL-7指标具有明显的相关性(P<0.05)。结论哮喘患儿肺功能及血清炎性因子指标与PRAM评分具有明显的相关性,其可为哮喘患儿患病程度的判断提供依据和参考。

Objective To analyze the correlation between lung function,serum inflammatory factors,and pediatric respiratory assessment measure(PRAM)score in children with asthma as the study subjects.Methods A total of 158 children with asthma who were treated in Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University from July 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Based on the PRAM grading results,the PRAM scores,lung function,and inflammatory factor levels of children with different grades were compared,and the correlation between lung function,inflammatory factor levels,and PRAM scores of children with different degrees of illness were analyzed.Results The PRAM score of children with moderate asthma was higher than that of the children with mild asthma,the percentage of forced vital capacity(FVC%)and percentage of forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1)%)was lower than that of the children with mild asthma,and interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-7(IL-7)were higher than those of the children with mild asthma,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The PRAM score of children with severe asthma was higher than that of children with mild asthma and moderate asthma,and the FVC%,FEV_(1)%score was lower than that of children with mild asthma and moderate asthma.The levels of IL-6 and IL-7 were higher than those of children with mild asthma and moderate asthma,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Furthermore,a correlation analysis was conducted between the test results of lung function and inflammatory factors in the children and the PRAM score.The PRAM score showed a significant correlation with indicators such as FEV_(1)%,FVC%,IL-6,and IL-7(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a significant correlation between lung function and serum inflammatory factors in children with asthma and PRAM score,which can provide a basis and reference for determining the severity of asthma in children.
