工业城市整体视野下的工业遗产价值认知与保护体系——以云南省红河州开远市为例

The Cognition and Protection System of Industrial Heritage from the Perspective of Industrial City as a Whole:A Case Study of Kaiyuan City,Honghe Prefecture,Yunnan Province

机器化工业因聚集效应而形成工业城市,文章以云南省红河州开远市为例,从工业城市整体视野来研究工业遗产价值与保护体系。首先,结合文献、档案、地图等,厘清工业城市兴起的背景、选址、规划布局及演变过程;其次,提取工业城市主要的产业链,围绕产业链对重要工业遗产展开调查;接着,将工业城市视作一个整体,分别站在国家、地区、城市层面,从历史、技术、社会、景观、情感等多维度分析提炼工业遗产的整体价值,分解其价值表述,建立与重要工业遗产相对应的关系;最后,以产业链为“主干”,以工厂核心工艺流程为“分支”,建立城市层面的工业遗产保护体系,围绕核心价值建立“点、线、面”相结合的工业遗产阐释与展示体系。

The mechanized industry has formed industrial cities due to agglomeration effects.This article takes Kaiyuan City as an example to study the overall value and conservation system of industrial heritage from the perspective of industrial cities.Firstly,it clarifies the background,site selection,planning layout,and evolution process of the rise of industrial cities by combining literature,archives,maps,etc.Secondly,it extracts the main industrial chains of industrial cities,identifies important industrial heritage around the industrial chains and conducts investigations.Thirdly,it regards industrial cities as a whole,analyzing and refining the overall value of industrial heritage from multiple dimensions such as history,technology,society,landscape,and emotions at the national,regional,and urban levels,decomposing value expressions and establishing corresponding relationships with important industrial heritage.Finally,it takes the industrial chains of cities as the "backbone" and the core processes of factories as the "branches" to establish an urban industrial heritage conservation system,and establishes a "point-line-plane" integrated industrial heritage interpretation and display system around core values.
