摘要
以1Cr13A4热轧板材为研究对象,对其进行不同加热温度和保温时间的热处理试验,保温后进行快速冷却,并对其微观组织及拉伸力学性能进行分析。结果表明:1Cr13Al4热轧板材经连续退火后,组织可实现再结晶,拉伸力学性能可得到有效改善;共总结出6种退火工艺,晶粒相对细小的尺寸为80~100μm,延伸率可达到28%~32%,屈服强度可达到450~470 MPa,抗拉强度可达到570~590 MPa。
In this paper,1Cr13A4 hot-rolled sheet is taken as the research object,through the heat treatment test of different heating temperature and holding time,the rapid cooling afer holding,and the microstructure and tensile mechanical properties are analyzed.The results show that the microstructure of 1Cr13A14 hot rolled sheet can be recrystallized and the tensile mechanical properties can be improved afer continuous annealing.A total of 6 annealing processes are summarized,the grain size is relatively small,80~100μm,the elongation can also reach 28%~32%,the corresponding yield strength can reach 450~470 MPa,tensile strength can reach 570~590 MPa.
