摘要
在铜铅合金轴瓦材料中,合金金相的好坏对材料的使用性能有较大的影响。对不同退火温度、时间和气氛下的CuPb24Sn1轴瓦合金材料金相组织进行实验。实验发现,退火温度为790℃、退火时间为25~30min以及V(N_(2))/V(H_(2))=1:2的退火气氛下,能够制造出金相等级较高的轴瓦材料。
In copper lead alloy bearing materials,the quality of alloy metallography has a significant impact on the material's performance.Conduct experiments on the metallographic structure of CuPb24Snl bearing alloy materials under diferent annealing temperatures,times,and atmospheres.Experiments have found that under an annealing atmosphere of 790℃,annealing time of 25~30 minutes,and V(N_(2))/V(H_(2))=1:2,it is possible to manufacture bearing materials with higher metallographic grades.
