摘要
研究了不同的热处理工艺对于制造铁路货车车轴用LZ50钢力学性能和金相组织的影响。通过采用不同的温度对LZ50钢进行正火处理,在800~900℃温度范围内,随着正火温度的降低,钢材强度下降,但塑性提高。正火后,增加回火工序,LZ50钢的屈服强度和抗拉强度降低,延伸率和断面收缩率没有明显变化,而实际晶粒度略有提高。
The effect of different heat treatment processes on the mechanical properties and metallographic structure of LZ50 steel used for manufacturing railway freight car axles was studied.By normalizing LZ50 steel at different temperatures,within the temperature range of 800-900℃,as the normalizing temperature decreases,the strength of the steel decreases,but the plasticity increases.After normalizing,increasing the tempering process reduces the yield strength and tensile strength of LZ50 steel,but there is no significant change in elongation and cross-sectional shrinkage,while the actual grain size slightly increases.
