阿塞辊辊环的生产一般采用离心铸造生产方式,使用金属冷型直面生产,但该种生产方式存在生产成本高、产品使用性能低的不足。通过将仿型模具应用于阿塞尔轧辊制作中,创新采用多种技术,使产品表面激冷组织致密区得以保留,较大程度地提高了产品的使用性能,同时降低了产品的生产成本。

The production of Assel roller rings generally adopts centrifugal casting production method,using metal cold mold direct production,but this production method has the shortcomings of high production cost and low product performance.By applying imitation molds to the production of Assel rolls and innovatively adopting various technologies,the dense area of the surface quenching structure of the product can he retained,greatly improving the product's performance and reducing production costs.
