摘要
主要研究了连铸二冷水冷却强度和轧制工艺对连铸坯框形偏析的影响。结果表明,通过连铸二冷水冷却强度的提升,可以使得连铸坯的中心等轴晶区域的占比减小;同时通过轧制工艺的优化,控制连铸坯宽面和窄面不同的轧制变形方式,并在精轧进行认面轧制,使得中心偏析框趋近于正方形,降低零件在热处理过程中的变形,还能提高钢材力学性能的各向同性。
In this paper,the influence of cooling intensity and rolling technology on the shape segregation of continuous casting billet was studied.The results show that the proportion of central equiaxed crystal region of continuous casting billet can be reduced by optimizing the cooling intensity of secondary cold water.At the same time,through the optimization of the rolling process,the different rolling deformation modes of the wide and narrow surface of the continuous casting billet are controlled,and the surface recognition rolling is carried out in the fine rolling,so that the center segregation frame is close to the square,the deformation of the parts in the heat treatment process is reduced,and the isotropy of the mechanical properties of the steel can be improved.
