铁矿粉粒度对烧结基础性能的影响研究

摘要 研究铁矿粉的烧结性能对优化烧结配矿、提升矿石质量和削减成本具有重要意义。基于烧结实验方法,采用工艺矿物学方法、借助微型烧结仪和显微镜等设备,对巴西混合粉、PB粉、杨迪粉、南非精粉四种铁矿粉进行特性研究,并以改变粒度为切入点,探究铁矿粉粒度对烧结性能的影响。通过测定不同粒度的铁矿粉烧结基础性能,发现铁矿粉细粒级粒度降低时,其同化性能和液相流动性逐步增强。烧结实验通过混合四种铁矿粉后,变化其细、中、粗粒级的占比,结果显示,增加细粒级200~40目(0.074~0.42mm)铁矿粉含量,铁矿粉同化性能和液相流动性逐渐提升。 Studying the sintering performance of iron ore powder is of great significance for optimizing sintering ore blending,improving ore quality,and reducing costs.Based on the sintering experimental method,using process mineralogy methods,with the help of micro sintering instruments and microscopes,four types of Brazilian mixed powder,PB powder,Yangdi powder,and South African refined powder were studied for their characteristics.Starting from changing the particle size,the influence of iron ore powder particle size on sintering performance was explored.By measuring sintering basic performance of iron ore powders with different particle sizes,it was found that as the fine particle size decreases,the assimilation performance and liquid phase fluidity gradually increase.After mixing four types of iron ore powder in the sintering experiment,the proportion offine,medium,and coarse particle sizes was changed.The results showed that increasing the content of fine particle size 200~40 mesh(0.074~0.42 mm)iron ore powder gradually improved the assimilation performance and liquid phase fluidity.
