摘要
430不锈钢带在连续退火过程中,在非保护气氛下带钢表面发生氧化形成氧化铁皮,氧化铁皮的结构影响最终不锈钢表面质量以及后续除鳞、酸洗效率。基于430不锈钢氧化铁皮的形成机理,重点从原材料元素、热处理温度、加热炉内气氛等多维度进行分析,找出影响氧化铁皮形成的主要因素,以期对控制和改善氧化铁皮结构提供支持。
During the continuous annealing process of 430 stainless steel strip,oxidation occurs on the surface of the strip under unprotected atmosphere,forming oxide scale.The structure of the oxide scale affects the final surface quality of the stainless steel and the subsequent efficiency of descaling and pickling.Based on the formation mechanism of oxide scale on 430 stainless steel,this study focuses on analyzing multiple dimensions such as raw material elements,heat treatment temperature,and atmosphere to identify the main factors affecting the formation of oxide scale,in order to provide support for controlling and improving the structure of oxide scale.
