摘要
基于炼钢行业发展现状和需求,炼钢模式已从经验炼钢转向科学炼钢、数字炼钢、智慧炼钢。转炉合金加入量决定钢水成分,转炉中所加合金收得率又影响合金加入量,因此,想要使钢液成分稳定,控制确定合金吸收率为关键,这样才能准确确定合金加入量。通过从理论计算、大数据汇总、模型建立、实际应用、过程修正等方面将合金加入量的精准动态控制进行阐述,并且在中阳钢铁二炼钢厂的螺纹钢生产实践中表明,该控制研究在合金成分的窄范围控制上起到了非常关键的作用,因此这一合金加入量精准动态控制的应用符合实际生产的要求,能够能达较高的质量提升效果.
Based on the development situation and demand of the steelmaking industry,steelmaking mode has pushed experiential steelmaking towards scientific steelmaking,digital steelmaking,and intelligent steelmaking.The amount of alloy added to the converter determines the composition of the molten steel,and the recovery rate of the alloy added to the converter also affects the amount of alloy added.Therefore,in order to stabilize the composition of the molten steel,controlling and determining the alloy absorption rate is crucial,so as to accurately determine the amount of alloy added.By elaborating on the precise dynamic control of alloy addition from theoretical calculations,big data aggregation,model establishment,practical application,and process correction,and demonstrating in the production practice of threaded steel at Zhongyang Iron and Steel Second Refinery,it shows this control research plays a crucial role in the narrow range control of alloy composition,the application of precise dynamic control of alloy addition meets the requirements of actual production,and can achieve highquality improvement effects.
