摘要
为进一步稳定转炉吹炼终点,减少脱氧合金耗,实现降本增效,研究在广钢3号转炉炉役前期,液面高度、终点温度等对终点碳氧积影响规律。研究结果表明:广钢3号转炉在2500炉次左右由炉底上涨造成底吹封堵严重;停炉次数增加造成液面上涨速度快,恶化底吹效果;液面平均上涨20mm,碳氧积升高0.14×10^(-4)~0.56×10^(-4);转炉终点温度对碳氧积影响显著,温度在1591~1640℃时,碳氧积稳定在约27.83×10^(-4),温度高于1640℃时,温度每升高10℃,碳氧积增加0.3×10^(-4)~1×10^(-4)。
In order to further stabilize the blowing end point of converter,reduce deoxidized alloy consumption and achieve cost decrease and benefit increase,the influence rules of liquid level,temperature at the end point and other aspects on carbon-oxygen at the end point at earlier stage of campaign of converter 3#of Guang Gang were studied.According to research results,converter 3#of GuangGang suffered serious bottom blowing blocking due to bottom rise at about 2500 heats.The increase of shutdown caused fast liquid level rise and made the effect of bottom blowing worse.The liquid level rose by 20 mm on an average,and carbon-oxygen increased by 0.14×10^(-4)~0.56×10^(-4).The temperature of converter at the end point had a significant influence on carbon-oxygen.When temperature was within 1591~1640℃,carbon-0xygen stabilized at 27.83×10^(-4).When temperature was higher than 1640 ℃,for every 10℃ temperature rose,carbon-0xygen increased by 0.3×10^(-4)~1×10^(-4).
