摘要
螺旋立式磨机在国内外矿山选矿领域已得到广泛应用,为更好地发挥螺旋立式磨机性能优势,通过对磨矿浓度、工作电流、磨矿比功耗等主要工艺参数进行研究,确定了螺旋立式磨机工艺选型的科学研究方法,并介绍了螺旋立式磨机的结构、工作原理、选型试验和现场应用情况。某选矿厂生产实践表明,北方重工MLL1120螺旋立式磨机在入料粒度-45μm占比为35%的生产条件下,磨矿产品粒度-45μm的占比可达到86%以上,处理能力可达90t/h以上,满足现场钒钛磁铁矿提质改造选矿工艺的要求。
Vertical mills have been widely used in the field of mining and mineral processing both domestically and internationally.In order to better leverage the performance advantages of vertical mills,the scientific research method for selecting the process type of vertical mills is determined by studying the main factors such as grinding concentration,working current,and grinding specific power consumption.The structure,working principle,selection test and field application of vertical mill are introduced.The production practice of a mineral processing plant shows that the MLL1120 vertical mill of Northern Heavy Industries Group can reach more than 86%of the grinding products under the production conditions of 35%of the feeding particle size-45μm,and the processing capacity can reach more than 90 t/h,which can meet the requirements of quality improvement and mineral process of vanadium titanium magnetite on site.
