梅钢乳化液系统存在问题的分析及改进

摘要 针对乳化液系统使用过程中存在的精细冷却、真空过滤机及整个乳化液系统运行不稳定、维修费用高等问题,提出了相应的改进措施。通过对乳化液系统精细冷却活塞、阀体排气孔和过滤系统等进行改进,并对真空过滤机液位计进行改造。实践运用表明,酸轧机组轧制油耗降低10%,精细冷却喷嘴无长期异常喷射,工作辊异常更换率降低20%,实现了乳化液系统稳定运行。 The characteristics of the emulsion system of the cold rolling acid rolling mill were introduced in the paper.It addresses the issues of unstable operation and high maintenance costs of the fine cooling,vacuum filter,and the entire emulsion system during the use of the emulsion system.Improvements had been made to the fine cooling piston,valve body exhaust hole,filtration system,etc.The improved emulsion system had stable operation,reduced rolling oil consumption,and no long-term abnormal spraying of the fine cooling nozzle,the abnormal replacement rate of work rolls has been reduced by 20%.
