宝钢德盛1号高炉超低排放及设备升级改造设计与实践

摘要 针对宝钢德盛1号高炉炉体出现炉缸温度高、炉腹至炉身下部冷却壁烧损漏水、炉壳局部严重发红以及高炉粉尘排放不能满足超低排放要求等问题,决定进行停炉大修。本次大修应用最新的设计理念及技术,进行超低排改造及设备升级改造,改造范围包括矿焦槽系统、上料系统、高炉本体系统、风口及出铁场系统和通风除尘系统等。高炉于2022年3月投产,投产后运行效果良好,达到了超低排放要求。 In response to issues such as high furnace hearth temperature,burning and water leakage from the bosh to the lower cooling wall of Baosteel Desheng No.1 blast furnace,severe redness of the furnace shell,and inability to meet ultra-low emission requirements for blast furnace dust emissions,it has been decided to shut down the furnace for major repairs.This major overhaul applies the latest design concepts and technologies to carry out ultra-low emission transformation and equipment upgrading and transformation.The scope of transformation includes the ore and coke tank system,feeding system,blast furnace body system,tuyere and iron yard system,and ventilation and dust removal system.The blast furnace was put into operation in March 2022,and after being put into operation,the operation effect is good,and meet the ultra-low emission requirements.
