ER70S-6盘条生产开发实践

摘要 结合汉钢现有工艺,对ER70S-6焊丝用钢开发生产过程工艺进行优化,生产实践表明,钢水成分达到控制要求,控制钢中w[O]<0.004 5%、w[N]<0.004 0%、w[Ca]<0.002 5%,较初期试产阶段钢水得到明显改善,钢坯内部质量基本达到控制要求,为今后低碳钢批量生产储备了一定的炼钢工艺和生产经验。 Based on the existing technology of HanSteel,the development and production process of ER70S-6 welding wire steel has been optimized.Production practice has shown that the composition of the molten steel meets the control requirements,and the control of w[O]<0.0045%,w[N]<0.0040%,and w[Ca]<0.0025%in the steel has significantly improved compared to the initial trial production stage.The internal quality of the steel billet basically meets the control requirements,which reserves certain steelmaking processes and production experience for future batch production of low-carbon steel.
