高炉快速复风操作实践

摘要 为了确保2号高炉休风47h后顺利复风,在休风前分2段集中加适量的净焦,减轻焦炭负荷,控制好炉温、炉渣碱度,确保设备正常运行。选择合适位置堵风口,保证合理送风面积,实现快速复风。复风后,通过合理调剂炉温、碱度,渣铁流动性好,炉前工作量小,出铁顺畅,达到了预期效果。 In order to ensure a smooth resumption of air flow after a 47 hour shutdown of the No.2 blast furnace,an appropriate amount of clean coke was added in two stages before the shutdown to reduce the coke load,control the furnace temperature and slag alkalinity,and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.Choose a suitable location to block the air outlet,ensure a reasonable air supply area,and achieve rapid ventilation.After re blowing,by adjusting the furnace temperature and alkalinity reasonably,the slag iron flowability was good,the pre-furnace work volume was small,and the iron tapping was smooth,achieving the expected effect.
