摘要
针对莱芜钢铁集团泰东实业有限公司现阶段回转窑生产设计所用原料不足、原料成分杂乱的问题,对回转窑火法生产氧化锌工艺进行了研究探讨,重点介绍了回转窑火法生产氧化锌工艺流程及产品特点,系统阐述了生产过程中存在的问题,并针对性地提出并实施一系列控制措施,取得了较大成功。
In response to the problem of insufficient raw materials and disorderly raw material composition used in the current production design of rotary kilns,this paper conducts research and exploration on the production process of zinc oxide by rotary kiln fire method,focusing on the process flow and product characteristics of rotary kiln fire method production of zinc oxide.The problems existing in the production process are systematically explained,and a series of targeted control measures are proposed and implemented,achieving great success.
