摘要
在除尘器的运行过程中,发现了除尘设备相继出现除尘ID风机轴承润滑存在着供油系统运行不稳定、二次除尘设备的灰仓和布袋缺乏在线检测设备、检修排查破损布袋耗时长、效率低等问题。通过从设备的设计、选型、材质及现场管理,远程操控等多个方面进行研究筛选。在最终找到了解决方案,保证了生产的稳定运行,也满足环保管理提档晋级的要求。
During the operation of the dust collector,it was found that the dust removal equipment had problems such as unstable operation of the oil supply system,lack of online detection equipment for the ash bin and cloth bag of the secondary dust removal equipment,long maintenance and inspection time for damaged cloth bags,and low efficiency in the lubrication of the dust removal ID fan bearings.By conducting research and screening from multiple aspects such as equipment design,selection,materials,on-site management,and remote control,a solution was found in the end to ensure the stable operation of production and meet the requirements of environmental management upgrading.
