摘要
某轧钢厂提出一种新型高速棒材尾钢长度优化方法,该方法为自动化技术改造,通过增加尾钢热检,计算出尾钢长度,一旦小于最低尾钢长度设定值,系统自动从前N支倍尺中减去优化定尺值,保证尾钢长度足够,避免堆钢、减少通尺。此优化方法打破了传统的被动控制方式,改为主动控制方式,通过增加尾钢总长度补偿、最低尾钢长度设定等关键参数,解决了碎断和切头、切尾带来的测长干扰,保证了尾钢长度的准确性。通过改进,Φ12mm螺轧制速度稳定达到35m/s,为高速棒材尾钢处理技术应用提供了成功的范例。
A new high-speed bar tail steel length optimization method is proposed by a steel rolling plant.This method is an automation technology transformation.By adding tail steel thermal inspection,the tail steel length is calculated.Once it is less than the minimum tail steel length setting value,the system automatically subtracts the optimized fixed length value from the front N times the length to ensure that the tail steel length is sufficient,avoid stacking steel,and reduce the through length.This optimization method breaks the traditional passive control method and replaces it with an active control method.By adding key parameters such as compensation for the total length of the tail steel and setting the minimum tail steel length,it solves the length measurement interference caused by fragmentation,head cutting,and tail cutting,ensuring the accuracy of the tail steel length.By improving,the stable rolling speed ofΦ12 mm screw reaches 35 m/s,providing a successful example for high-speed bar tail steel treatment technology.
