控温稳压技术在冶金汽化冷却系统中的应用研究

摘要 冶金生产工艺的辅助系统中包含汽化冷却系统,该系统与冶金企业生产控制息息相关。分析转炉汽化烟道的寿命影响因素,应用控温稳压技术,同时采取切实可行的系统保压、压力稳定控制、系统供水、高压循环量参数优化等措施对汽化冷却系统加以改进和完善。在冶金汽化冷却系统中应用控温稳压技术后,烟道压力波动幅度减小,汽化冷却系统运行压力稳定性提高,相关设备的故障率有效降低,节约了维修和备件成本,延长了汽化烟道的使用寿命,提高了蒸汽回收指标和能源利用效率。 The auxiliary system of metallurgical production process includes a vaporization cooling system,which is closely related to the production control of metallurgical enterprises.By analyzing the factors affecting the lifespan of the vaporization flue of the converter,applying temperature control and voltage stabilization technology,and taking practical and feasible measures such as system pressure maintenance,stable pressure control,system water supply,and optimization of high-pressure circulation parameters to improve and perfect the vaporization cooling system.Affer applying temperature control and stabilization technology in metllurgical vaporization cooling systems,the fluctuation amplitude of flue pressure is reduced,the stability of vaporization cooling system pressure operation is improved,the failure rate of related equipment is effectively reduced,maintenance and spare parts costs are saved,the service life of vaporization flue is extended,and the steam recovery index and energy utilization efficiency are improved.
