摘要
针对山西某矿3306综放工作面推进速度快、回采煤层原始瓦斯含量高以及瓦斯涌出量大等问题,提出综合采用本煤层瓦斯抽采+高位钻孔+采空区埋管抽采方式进行瓦斯治理。具体在33061巷及33063巷均布置顺层瓦斯抽采钻孔、在33063巷布置扇形钻孔杜绝出现瓦斯抽采空白区;在33062巷(回风巷)布置钻孔进行采空区顶板裂隙瓦斯抽采;在33062巷及33064巷均铺设管路抽采采空区瓦斯。结合采面巷道布置及煤层赋存情况给出瓦斯抽采钻孔布置方案并进行工程应用,现场应用后,采面各位置瓦斯浓度均在安全范围内,未出现瓦斯超限预警情况,为3306综放工作面煤炭高效回采创造了良好条件。
In response to the problems of fast advancing speed,high original gas content in the mined coal seam,and large gas emission in the 3306 fully mechanized caving face of a certain mine in Shanxi,a comprehensive gas control method is proposed,which includes gas extraction from the coal seam,high-level drilling,and buried pipe extraction in the goaf.Specifically,in Lane 33061 and Lane 33063,parallel gas extraction boreholes are arranged,and in Lane 33063,fan-shaped boreholes are arranged to prevent the occurrence of gas extraction blank areas.Arrange boreholes in Lane 33062(return airway)for gas extraction from the roof cracks of the goaf.Pipelines are installed in both Lane 33062 and Lane 33064 to extract gas from goaf.Based on the layout of the mining face roadway and the occurrence of coal seams,a gas extraction drilling hole layout plan was proposed and applied in engineering.After on-site application,the gas concentration at each position of the mining face was within the safe range,and there was no warning of gas exceeding the limit.This created good conditions for efficient coal recovery in the 3306 fully mechanized mining face.
