摘要
针对山西某矿1200运输上山掘进过含水层段后顶板漏水问题,提出综合采用漏水点封堵注浆、帷幕注浆方式进行防治水。在顶板漏水点附近针对性布置注浆钻孔,可实现漏水裂隙有效封堵,巷道过含水层段通过帷幕注浆可实现全段封堵,避免后溪巷道出现漏水情况,并提高含水层段围岩控制效果。对1200运输上山顶板漏水防治钻孔布置参数及注浆加固参数等进行详细设计,并进行工程应用。现场应用后,1200运输上山顶板基本不再出现漏水情况,围岩整体强度及稳定性也有所提升,注浆加固取得显著效果。
In response to the problem of water leakage in the roof of a mine in Shanxi Province after 1200 transportation and tunneling through the aquifer section,a comprehensive method of sealing and grouting at the leakage point and curtain grouting is proposed to prevent water leakage.Targeted grouting boreholes can be arranged near the leakage point of the roof to effectively seal the water leakage cracks.The entire section of the roadway passing through the aquifer can be sealed through curtain grouting,avoiding water leakage in the rear stream roadway and improving the control effect of the surrounding rock in the aquifer section.Detailed design and engineering application of drilling layout parameters and grouting reinforcement parameters for preventing water leakage on the roof of the 1200 transportation mountain.After on-site application,there was basically no water leakage in the 1200 transportation of the mountaintop slab,and the overall strength and stability of the surrounding rock were also improved.The grouting reinforcement achieved significant results.
