摘要
针对某钢铁厂转炉炼钢脱氧技术存在的问题,为有效解决转炉炼钢中氧含量偏高对钢材力学性能指标带来的不利影响,从优化脱氧剂组合的角度着手,采用多种脱氧剂联合应用的方式优化脱氧技术,并对相关工序进行适当调整。实际应用表明,通过优化脱氧技术,降低了钢材含氧率,提升了钢材力学性能,效果显著,本次技术方案具有一定的现实意义。
In response to the problems in the deoxidation technology of a certain steel plant's converter steelmaking,in order to effectively solve the adverse effects of high oxygen content in converter steelmaking on the mechanical performance indicators of steel,from the perspective of optimizing the combination of deoxidizers,a combination of multiple deoxidizers is used to optimize the deoxidation technology,and relevant processes are appropriately adjusted.Practical applications have shown that by optimizing deoxygenation technology,the oxygen content of steel has been reduced,and the mechanical properties of steel have been improved.The effect is significant,and this technical solution has certain practical significance.
