摘要
为确保大型LNG储罐整体施工质量,必须对底板焊接质量和焊接变形进行精准控制,以确保施工过程中的稳定性和安全性。基于此,针对大型储罐罐底板焊接变形、底板排版图合理设计、合理布置焊接顺序等进行探讨、分析,以达到有效控制底板变形的目的。
To ensure the overall construction quality of large LNG storage tanks,it is necessary to accurately control the welding quality and deformation of the bottom plate to ensure stability and safety during the construction process.Based on this,this paper explores and analyzes the welding deformation of the bottom plate of large storage tanks,the reasonable design of the bottom plate layout,and the reasonable arrangement of welding sequences,in order to effectively control the deformation of the bottom plate.
