摘要
2022年以来,受新冠疫情和经济下行双重影响,我国奶业发展呈现阶段性过剩,在苜蓿、豆粕等饲料成本不断上涨的情况下,生鲜乳实际收购价格逐步下降,奶牛养殖两头承压,乳品企业面临消费需求不振与奶源消化压力持续加大的困境。我国居民乳品消费量不足,是全面进入小康阶段后,制约居民膳食营养改善的一个短板。如何快速提升消费、实现乳品向生活“必需品”转变,不仅对稳定奶业发展意义重大,长期也是推动奶业高质量发展、助力国民健康的重要抓手。
Since 2022,due to the double impact of the COVID-19 epidemic and the economic downturn,the development of China's dairy industry has shown a phased surplus.In the case of rising feed costs such as alfalfa and soybean meal,the actual purchase price of fresh milk has gradually declined,dairy farming has come under pressure,and dairy enterprises are also facing the dilemma of sluggish consumer demand and increasing pressure on milk source digestion.The insufficient consumption of dairy products in China is a short board product that restricts the improvement of residents'dietary nutrition after entering the well-off stage in an all-round way.How to rapidly improve consumption and realize the transformation of dairy products into"necessities"of life is not only a great significance to the stable development of the dairy industry,but also an important starting point to promote the high-quality development of the dairy industry and help the national health in the long-term.
