数字经济下大学治理场域的结构体系及演化逻辑探究

Structural System and Evolutionary Logic of University Governance Field in Digital Economy

场域视角是观察高校治理的重要“窗口”。现有研究仅限于社会场域表层意义下的隐喻和“嫁接”,缺乏更深层级的理论结构探析和演化探究。基于场域-惯习理论,通过理论探析构建了数字经济条件下大学治理场域的结构体系,阐释了数字经济影响下大学发展背后场域演化的底层逻辑。研究发现,大学治理框架由创新资本场域、组织能量场域、数字场域和高层治理者能力场域等四个元场域组成。四个元场域相互有机作用,作为整体呈现出“资本供给矛盾-惯习转变-资本积累及优化配置-矛盾解决-场域演化-大学发展”的链式逻辑演化机理。

The field perspective is an important“window”for observing university governance.Existing research is limited to metaphors and“grafting”in the superficial sense of social field,lacking deeper theoretical structural and evolutionary exploration.Based on the field habitus theory,this article constructs a structural system of university governance field under the conditions of digital economy through theoretical analysis,and explains the underlying logic of field evolution behind the development of universities under the influence of digital economy.The study found that the university governance framework consists of four metafields:the innovation capital field,the organizational energy field,the digital field,and the senior management ability field.The four metafields interact organically with each other,presenting a chain logical evolution mechanism of“capital supply contradiction-habitual transformation-capital accumulation and optimal allocation-conflict resolution-field evolution-university development”as a whole.
