马克思需要理论视域下民族院校思政课建设的问题审思与现实路径

Key Issues and Realistic Approaches to Ideological and Political Curriculum Construction in Ethnic Colleges and Universities from Perspective of Marx’s Needs Theory

思政课是提升民族院校大学生思想政治素质、有效满足精神需求的主渠道。马克思需要理论从何以存在、内在契合和基本方向等三个维度提供了民族院校思政课建设的价值场域。以马克思需要理论审思民族院校思政课的建设困境,存在民族院校思政课教学方法亟待改革、民族院校思政课教学内容仍需革新、民族院校思政课话语体系缺乏张力、民族院校思政课课程体系欠缺特色等问题。以马克思需要理论观照民族院校思政课建设的现实路径,通过改善思政课教学方法、整合思政课内容、创新思政课话语体系、完善思政课程体系,从而满足民族院校大学生成长发展需求和期待。

The course of ideological and political theory is the main channel to improve the ideological and political quality of college students and effectively meet their spiritual needs.Marx’s need theory provides the value field of ideological and political theory course construction in ethnic colleges and universities from three dimensions:why exists,internal fit and basic direction.According to Marx’s needs theory,there are some problems in the construction of ideological and political theory courses in ethnic colleges and universities,such as the urgent reform of the teaching method of ideological and political theory courses in ethnic colleges and universities,the reform of the teaching content of ideological and political theory courses in ethnic colleges and universities,the lack of tension in the discourse system of ideological and political theory courses in ethnic colleges and universities,and the lack of characteristics in the curriculum system of ideological and political theory courses.In order to meet the needs and expectations of the growth and development of college students for ethnic minorities,we should improve the teaching methods of ideological and political theory,integrate the content of ideological and political theory,innovate the discourse system of ideological and political theory and perfect the course system of ideological and political theory based on Marx’s need theory.
