高校辅导员数字素养:理论渊源、价值意蕴与培育路径

Digital Literacy of College Counselors:Theoretical Origin,Value Implication and Cultivation Approaches

教育数字化变革对高校辅导员的数字素养提出了更高的要求,但目前高校辅导员在数字化意识的主动性、数字化应用的时代性、专业发展的体系性上仍存在不足。基于职业特性中的政治性、双重性、成长性,高校辅导员数字素养的培育对于中国式教育现代化目标的推进具有关键性与必然性意义。应坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为核心的思想引领,加强以文件内容转化应用为焦点的政策赋能,激发以内外联动为合力的学习驱动,健全以系统化、法制化为目标的机制保障,有效提升辅导员数字素养,推动新时代思想政治教育创新发展。

The digital reform of higher education has put forward higher requirements for the digital literacy of college counselors,but there are some problems in the current college counselors,such as the lack of digital application of The Times,the lack of digital consciousness initiative,and the lack of professional development system construction.Based on the political nature,duality and growth of vocational characteristics,the cultivation of digital literacy of college counselors is of critical and inevitable significance for the promotion of the goal of Chinese educational modernization.Government departments and universities should adhere to the ideological guidance of Xi Jinping’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,strengthen the policy empowerment focusing on the transformation and application of document content,stimulate the learning driving force of internal and external interaction,improve the mechanism guarantee for the goal of systematization and legalization,and effectively improve the digital literacy of college counselors.
