摘要
为了将裂解碳五馏分中的二烯烃选择性加氢转化为单烯烃,开发出高选择性碳五加氢钯系催化剂LY-9801 F,并在8 kt/a碳五选择加氢装置上实现了工业应用。结果表明:在加氢反应器入口压力为0.4~0.8 MPa,入口温度为25~45℃,新鲜料体积空速为0.42~0.62 h^(-1),产品循环比为(25~32)∶1的工艺条件下,加氢产品中异戊二烯质量分数为0.09%~0.83%,二烯烃质量分数低于1.0%,其他二烯烃均已加氢转化,异戊二烯加氢转化率和2-甲基-2-丁烯选择性均大于85%,可满足工业装置运行要求。
In order to convert the dienes into monoolefins in cracked C5 fraction,selectively,Pd-based catalyst LY-9801 F for C5 selective hydrogenation was developed and used in a 8 kt/a C5 selective hydrogenation unit.The results showed that under the process conditions of reaction pressure 0.4-0.8 MPa,reactor inlet temperature 25-45℃,fresh material volume space velocity 0.42-0.62 h-1,and circulation ratio of products(25-32)∶1,the mass fraction of isoprene in the products was 0.09%-0.83%,the mass fraction of diene was less than 1.0%,the conversion rate of isoprene and the selectivity of 2-methyl-2-butene was more than 85%,which could meet the operation requirement of the industry unit.
