摘要
从生物制药废水来源及危害和药物活性成分及危害角度,分析生物制药行业环境影响评价废水处理难点。构建制药废水的环境风险评价指标体系,得到各影响类型所产生的综合环境载荷,结合评价指标权重,计算潜在的生态毒害效应检测指数。结合生物处理、物理处理、化学处理技术,分析进水水质和出水水质对环境影响的标准,为生物制药废水处理的环保评价提供理论基础。
In this context,the feasibility study of wastewater treatment for environmental impact assessment in the biopharmaceutical industry was proposed.From the perspective of the source and harm of biopharmaceutical wastewater and the active ingredients and harm of drugs,the difficulties of wastewater treatment in environmental impact assessment of biopharmaceutical industry were analyzed.The environmental risk assessment index system of pharmaceutical wastewater was constructed,and the comprehensive environmental load generated by each impact type was obtained.Combined with the weight of evaluation index,the potential ecological toxicity effect detection index was calculated.Combined with biological treatment,physical treatment and chemical treatment technology,the environmental impact standards of influent water quality and effluent water quality are analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for environmental protection evaluation of biopharmaceutical wastewater treatment.
