This paper introduces the problems encountered in the operation and commissioning of the wastewater station of a winery in Guangdong Province,and discusses the operation parameters of wastewater inlet pretreatment,pH adjustment,hydrolytic acidification,UASB start-up and phosphorus removal methods,and expounds the start-up experience of UASB.The feasibility of"influent pretreatment+hydrolytic acidification+UASB+two-stage AO+physicochemical treatment process"is verified,which is for reference of peers.
