乡村振兴背景下浙江乡村水文化遗产时空分布及保护开发路径研究

Research on the Time-Space Distribution and the Protection and Development Path of Rural Water Cultural Heritage in Zhejiang under the Background of Rural Revitalization

通过对分布于浙江乡村地区,被文物和文化部门所公布的物质类和非物质水文化遗产进行初步梳理,对浙江乡村水文化遗产进行科学分类和价值评价,建立相对完善的分类系统和价值评价体系。选择最具代表性的物质类水文化遗产,分析其在时空分布上的主要特征。在空间分布上,浙江乡村水文化遗产呈现出浙北多浙南少,中东部盆地平原多,西南山地丘陵少,区域特征明显的特点;在时间分布上,浙江乡村水文化遗产以清代为主,约占遗产总数一半,其他年代相对较少。在对浙江乡村水文化遗产的分类、价值评价和分布情况进行研究的基础上,进一步探索乡村水文化遗产的保护和开发利用,以及在浙江全面推进乡村振兴的大背景下,乡村水文化遗产在推动乡村文旅发展、品牌IP打造、诗路文化带建设等方面如何发挥作用,实现乡村经济可持续发展的策略和方法。

Through the preliminary sorting out of the numerous material and intangible water cultural heritage distributed in rural areas of Zhejiang which are announced by the cultural relics and culture department,the paper briefly summarizes the general context of the inheritance and development of water conservancy heritage,and scientifically classifies and evaluates the value of rural water cultural heritage in Zhejiang that is water conservancy heritage and water related heritage so as to further subdivide them and establish a perfect classification system and value evaluation system.Selecting the most representative material water cultural heritage,the paper analyzes its main characteristics in time and space distribution in terms of spatial distribution.The main material cultural heritage in Zhejiang shows the distribution characteristics of more in northern Zhejiang and less in southern Zhejiang,more basin plains in the middle east of Zhejiang and less mountains and hills in the southwest of Zhejiang,and obvious regional characteristics;In terms of time distribution,the rural water cultural heritage in Zhejiang is unevenly distributed,mainly in the Qing Dynasty,accounting for about half of the total heritage,but few heritages of other dynasties.Based on the scientific classification and value evaluation of rural water cultural heritage in Zhejiang,in terms of understanding and mastering the time-space distribution characteristics of rural water cultural heritage in Zhejiang,the paper further explores the protection,development and utilization of rural water cultural heritage and how the rural water cultural heritage plays a role in rural cultural tourism development,brand IP building,Poetry Road Cultural Belt,water cultural scenic area infrastructure construction,and other aspects under the background of comprehensively promoting the revitalization of rural areas in Zhejiang so as to realize the strategies and methods of economic sustainable development.
